Pilates is a functional form of exercise that teaches focused breathing and the basics of your core and how to engage it properly. As you progress, exercises can become more advanced and choreographed. Pilates can use minimal to no equipment or include resistance with the use of large Pilates specific equipment.


Reiki

A gentle session combining Reiki and Emotion Code to support emotional and energetic release. Ideal for clients experiencing ongoing tension, heaviness, or stress that persists beyond physical treatment. Sessions are calming, body-led, and non-invasive, supporting nervous system regulation and emotional balance.

Avneet Panesar is a certified Reiki practitioner with over 10 years of experience and a certified Emotion Code practitioner for 4 years. Her work is deeply rooted in helping individuals.

Avneet’s healing journey began when she was personally struggling with ovarian cysts. After working with a Reiki healer her cysts were gone without requiring any medical intervention. That experience became the turning point and opened the door to a lifelong commitment to energetic healing.

Since then, Avneet has dedicated herself to helping others release energetic blocks that can manifest as stress, tension, pain, or feeling stuck. Her sessions are gentle, grounding, and tailored to each individual, meeting clients exactly where they are physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Energy healing works beautifully alongside massage by addressing the emotional and energetic layers beneath the physical tension. Reiki helps calm the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing response, while Emotion Code focuses on releasing stored emotional stress that can contribute to pain, tension, or feeling stuck.

Holly is a Registered Massage Therapist and Pilates Instructor. She graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2006, completed her Stott Pilates training in 2007, and further advanced her skills with Neu Pilates training in 2018 under the guidance of the Neu Movement team.

Her passion for anatomy and maintaining a strong, balanced body has naturally led herto a career that integrates both movement and rehabilitation. Massage therapy and Pilates allowed her to remain physically active during her workday while continually expanding her knowledge of the human body and using these skills to support others through their healing journeys.

After working full-time for five years, she transitioned to a part-time practice from home in 2011 after the birth of her first child. She is incredibly grateful to have been able to build a home-based business as she continued to grow he family, welcoming three more children.

Over the years, her passion for health and wellness has only grown, shaped by both personal experiences and those of her clients. Whether it’s addressing back pain, shoulder issues, postural imbalances, repetitive injuries, or pelvic floor dysfunction, she believe that core education is an essential part of any therapy. She stands by the transformative effects of Pilates and the ongoing benefits of massage therapy.
